Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
When your tokens run out, new generations pause until your monthly allowance refreshes or you upgrade to a higher plan. Free signup tokens are a one-time allowance and do not automatically renew.
